Our rates are quoted in euros and include VAT.
Breakfast is €10.50 per adult, €5.50 per child aged 4 to 13 and free for children under 4.
Tourist tax is €1.10/day/person. Free for children under 18.

• Minimum length of stay during special periods

During school vacations, public holidays and long weekends (bridges), the establishment reserves the right to apply a minimum length of stay. Only bookings of a minimum of two nights, or even three nights depending on the period, will be accepted. This condition will be specified at the time of online booking or communicated to the customer before final confirmation.

• Booking and payment

No payment is required at the time of booking, and the total amount of your stay is payable after your arrival. You will be asked, online, by email or by telephone, for your credit card details as a guarantee to validate your booking and to debit any cancellation charges.
If you do not wish to provide us with a credit card number, you can also send us a cheque for a deposit of 1 night (for bookings of 3 nights or less) or 30% (for bookings of 4 nights or more).
The final balance must be paid at the end of your stay by credit card, cash (euros only), cheque or Chèques-Vacances. We do not accept AMEX.

We are open all year round.

• Cancellation policy "FLEXIBLE" rate

In the event of cancellation up to 2 days before arrival, no charge will be made or your deposit refunded.
In the event of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged or your deposit retained.
No payment in guarantee. A credit card number is required, but the card will not be debited.

• Cancellation policy NON-REFUNDABLE rate

As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the total amount without extras is invoiced and non-refundable.
100% of the total amount without extras is debited at the time of booking.

• Cancellation policy "GROUP" rate

We have specific "Groups" cancellation conditions for any privatization of the hotel for 1 or more nights. Please ask us for details.
